Membership annual fee: $99
And choose from one of the three following monthly auto-pay packages:
- $69 monthly gets you a monthly Level I Treatment
- $89 monthly gets you a monthly Level I Treatment and (4- Annual) upgrade add-on’s Level II regularly $49 each
- $129 monthly gets you a monthly level II treatment of choice
